IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?
Spa guests must be 18 years of age and older. Salon services are available for ages 10 and older. Out of respect for other guests, and for their own safety, children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a salon service.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied. Any guest arriving 15 minutes or more past the time of scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We ask that a 24-hour notice be given for all salon and spa services. If you miss your appointment more than twice without canceling, we will ask for a credit card to hold your next appointment. If you are booking more than three hours of time, a credit card is also required to hold your appointments. If you do not call to cancel your services, your credit card will be charged the full amount to ensure that the service providers are compensated for the lost time.

This is a place of tranquility, therefore, please relax and respect other guests and make sure your cell phones are turned to silent while in the salon and spa areas. We also offer free Wi-Fi to our guests. Thank you.
